During the holidays we often overindulge, sometimes stumble in our fitness pursuits. The Runolution is issuing the following challenge to get you back on track for the New Year 2020. The “Runolution Core Values Challenge” is designed to reset that core area that often gives us trouble. Take the pledge to perform 3000 crunches, 3000 squats (with or without weights, and can be alternated), and 150 minutes of planking. Daily combinations may, of course, vary. One month of this should get that core section back in form and leave any residue of the holidays behind! Take the pledge and purchase your incredible medal to highlight your performance. This 5 inch, 5mm thick, antique gold medal will be a proud display to begin your 2020 fitness program. The medal also comes with a special lanyard with a saying that represents all of us that commit to the life of fitness and challenge. “Vera fortitudo ex intimo animo oritur” (true strength comes from within - literally true mental and physical strength comes from the very depth of your innermost spirit). Hope you join us to start your New Year off strong!!!
Ten percent of all proceeds will be donated to the Speranza Animal Rescue organization.
*I pledge to perform 3000 crunches, 3000 squats, alternately with or with out weights, and 150 minutes of planking to begin my New Year with a rock solid core to act as the foundation for my fitness "Metal" the rest of 2020! To pledge I will purchase this amazing Core Values medal. |

This summer brings us the 2020 Summer Olympic Games. How many of us had had that run where we felt so good that we fantasized about being in an Olympic race. This year you can participate in the most demanding Runolution Challenge yet. The “2020 Runolution Olympic Challenge”. The Challenge will occur parallel to the Olympics themselves from July 24 through August 9, seventeen days, and consists of five mini challenge “wins” (representing the five Olympic rings). The “wins” must be completed during the seventeen days in any combination or order. They can be split workouts throughout the day. The “wins” will be:
1. Running 100 Miles – 5.88 miles per day
2. Steps – walking or running up 5000 steps. These can be in the form of stadium steps, stairway or even you home stairs. – 294 steps per day
3. Burpees – 500 – 29 per day
4. Crunches – 2000 – 118 per day
5. Weight reps – 2000 – Everyone’s weight workouts are different, but a rep can be counted as anything that represents some form of weight lifting action.
Each participant will receive a 5” x 5mm thick, three dimensional medal prior to the race with the theme “It is not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves.” There will also be a separate packet of five pins representing the five “wins”. As each win is completed, a pin is attached to the medal scaling up the mountain. Once you have completed all five wins, you have conquered yourself!!! We would suggest some form of log to keep track of your efforts, and for posterity purposes to show those who ask, “what is that medal for?”
Use #MyOlympics to show your workouts and progress. #Pinthewins for placing your pins on the medal for each of your “wins”. This could be a lot of fun folks! It will also make the Olympics that much more personal for each participant.
$35 – Intense medals!!! Intense 17 days in the summer!!!
